Authentic South African Catering

Toni’s love for cooking began at a very young age in South Africa, where the kitchen was always a place of warmth, family and connection. She first learned beside her grandmother, watching traditional dishes come together with patience, instinct and care. Later, her mother continued passing down the recipes, techniques and flavours that had shaped their family for generations.

When Toni moved to Perth, she discovered a city with a wonderfully diverse food culture, but she also noticed that the South African dishes she had grown up with were not always easy to find. The comforting aromas, bold spices and generous home-style meals that reminded her of family were missing from much of the local food scene.

That realisation inspired Toni’s. What began as a personal passion became a desire to share the food of her childhood with others—first with Perth’s South African community, and then with everyone curious to experience something authentic, vibrant and full of heart.

Through every meal, Toni hopes to preserve the traditions passed down by her grandmother and mother while introducing more people to the richness of South African cuisine. Her vision is to add another distinctive flavour to Perth’s already diverse food landscape and to create food that brings people together, sparks conversation and feels like home.
